PAYMENT OPTION DETAILS.
1. Cash on the day.
      If the Learner needs to access a bank after the lesson
      starting time, then it will be deemed as part of the
      lesson time.

2. Cheque on the day.
    Please make cheque payable to "Matthew Hogan' and
     crossed "Not Negotiable".

3. Electronic Funds Transfer.
Financial Institution - BankSA.

4. Payment after multiple lessons by prior
     arrangement.
   Basically used when the Learner driver is funded by a
      third party. It may be used by individuals but
      conditions may apply.

5. Driving Lesson will not be refused.
   If the Learner Driver does not have the money on the
      day, Smartway will still conduct the lesson and the fee
      can be paid the following week.
      If the out standing fee cannot be paid the following
      week, then prior arrangements will need to be made
      for payment.

6. CBT or VORT will not be booked if monies are
     owing.
      Unfortunately due to previous debts incurred; we
       regret that any outstanding monies still owing must be
      paid prior to a test being booked. This will also include
     any outstanding monies owing to other
     instructors/examiners as well.

Many Learner Drivers fail their first attempt at the "Vehicle On-Road Test" (VORT). There are various reasons why this will happen.
One major area of concern is that the Learner Driver does not get the quality practice that they require, due to a lack of support from their Qualified Supervising Driver (QSD) after the Learner Driver has started lessons.
This lack of support usually occurs because the QSD does not understand or realize what the requirements are to pass the VORT.

This lack of understanding and support also means that the Leaner Driver will not reach the optimum skill level to be a Safe and Competent driver - for life.

Smartway, therefore encourages QSD's to Ride-A-Long as often as they can during the lesson . The QSD can then help reinforce these skills outside of the lessons.
